New build project supervision and management
We operate from our project dedicated site offices and also through our registered office in India. Our project tailored services range from concept design and feasibility studies, shipyard selection/shipyard visits, contact negotiation, plan approval, new build site supervisions, ship visits/inspections. We have an in-house team of highly qualified and experienced technical experts and supervisors attending its projects. Our team includes Site Managers, Project Managers and Engineers, Naval Architects, Marine engineers, Mechanical electrical and structural engineers, NDT technicians, QA QC inspectors, HVAC and accommodation engineers and inspectors. Our engineers have worked in various parts of the world and have a thorough understanding of different work culture and shipyard practices. This has helped us in meeting the owner’s expectations and raising the safety standards in shipyards. A dedicated site manager and site engineers closely monitor every stage of the construction ensuring contract compliance and quality while minimizing the impact on cost and schedule in meeting owner’s requirements.
OUR SERVICES INCLUDE
- Shipyard selection and review
- Monitor the new building progress, shipyards contractual obligations, and ensure quality standards
- Attend FAT and other tests.
- Participate in production/weekly meetings with the shipyard and sub-contractors
- Oversee and review shipyard communications with class, vendors and other statutory parties.
- Review as fitted drawings, Commissioning protocols, sea trail protocols and other technical details.
- Review of certificates, manuals, final class and flag certificates etc
- Attend sea trails, handing over of the vessel to buyers.
- Liaise with shipyard for any warranty claims.
